  • Use sulfate-free, color-safe shampoo and conditioner. Rinse with lukewarm water. Always use heat protectant.

  • A face-frame are highlights around the halo of your hairline. Book this if you like the way your hair grew out and want more brightness around your hair.

  • It is possible but it’s a multi-session process to protect hair health.

    • Typical timeline: 2–4+ sessions spaced 4–8 weeks apart.

    • What affects timing: number of box-dye layers, hair density/texture/porosity, current condition, and target shade.

    • At each visit: gentle lightening (sometimes after color remover) + bond builder + toner/gloss; trims as needed; 4–7 hrs per session.

  • Root touch-ups should be booked every 4-6 weeks.  Waiting longer may cause color overlap, increase grey resistance, and banding.
