All services completed at Beauty Social Salon are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for any completed in-salon services.

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in your deposit being retained by Beauty Social Salon.

If you have any concerns with your service, please contact Beauty Social Salon within two weeks of your original appointment. We are happy to review your service and make any necessary adjustments within that timeframe. If more than two weeks have passed, we will no longer be able to offer a complimentary redo, and any additional services will be charged accordingly.
